We want to introduce you to our team and describe what makes them so special. Each member of our team has dedicated themselves to the service of others, while exhibiting professionalism, compassion, knowledge, and integrity. Each of them brings a unique set of skills that enhances our ability to provide our BEST service to the community. It is indeed our pleasure to serve you.

While the team members listed are our leadership team, we have several other members of our support staff who work just as hard for your families. We also have hundreds of group members wo contribute to our outreach services, functions, and events.

Minister Furlesia Bell
Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Minister Furlesia Bell formed Ground Zero Coalition with the vision and drive to create a parent organization to centralize and facilitate other nonprofits with combining our resources; thereby empowering our teams to better serve the community with experience and oversight. She has put together a team of likeminded community leaders who shares that vision and are ready to provide continued service to the communities of Montgomery, AL with integrity, compassion, and dedication.

Renae Hunter
Director and Chairwoman of Ground Zero Coalition
With us since before our founding of Triple J Initiative, Renae Hunter is one of our veteran team members. She brings her years of experience and skills to the forefront in helping our organization grow and succeed. Renae began her journey as a primary teacher in our Summer Camp Jesus Saves back in 2015. She has continued to serve as a teacher in our youth camps, parent support member, and event planner. Renae will now serve as a Director and Chair of Ground Zero Coalition.

Dawn Russell
Director and President of Ground Zero Coalition
Experienced, trustworthy, and dependable. These are just a few of the ways team members describe this invaluable member of our team. Dawn Russell has been with Triple J Initiative since its inception and continues to be a driving force in the lives of our children. She is also a member of our Triple J support team. We are proud to bring her expertise onboard with Ground Zero Coalition.

Joe Bell
Vice President
Joe Bell has been a member of Triple J Initiative since 2017. He is Co-Founder of Triple J Initiative and a valued member of our Triple J Support Team. He assists with various event setups and serves as a mentor for the young men in our organization. We are proud to have Joe now serve as Vice President of Ground Zero Coalition and look forward to his mentorship in business, community service, and leadership with our young men.

Taranisha Medlock
President for Youth Development
Experienced, caring, and innovative are just a few of the ways to describe Taranisha Medlock. She has been a member of our team for many years. Mrs. Medlock teaches and oversees our Junior Jays. We are proud to have Mrs. Medlock bring her expertise on board with Ground Zero as President of Youth Services, as she oversees our youth programs.

Toni Howard
President of Community Development
Toni Howard joined Ground Zero Coalition with the vision and drive to improve upon our Nonprofit and focused on developing the organization with experience and integrity. Toni has been a member of Triple J Initiative since 2017. She is assistant teacher of our Baby Jays. Toni will now assist with the daily operations of Ground Zero Coalition's community services and events.

Ericka Davis
Secretary of Ground Zero Coalition
Ericka Davis has been with Triple J Initiative since the creation of our Murder in Montgomery group. She is a strong advocate for families of murder victims. We are excited to have Mrs. Davis as Secretary of our organization and look forward to her continued work with Mothers of Murder Victims.
